Let's have him be the test case to find out!
Have you ever called his office to complain about something? Whoever answers the phone doesn't even care enough to get your name. They just say "okay" after your rant [however calm and intelligent your comment]. They know there's not a snowballs chance anyone is ever going to beat him or Kay Bailey so they basically give you the finger. Only since Kay Bailey thought she might run for governor do I even get the pleasure of even just a form letter that basically gives me the finger on my thoughts as well. They both suck balls and I hate Texas [except Austin].
