Didn't Stenholm die like 10 years ago? Has he done anything since losing?

I think Stenholm has just been working on the ranch/farm since losing.
Not a typo. 1) He knows ag. 2) He was ranking member on Ag Committee for, what, decades? He has huge credibility with farmers. 3) You need one non-leftist radical in your cabinet.
